Match the graphic to the room
A reception wall can introduce a company story; a retail wall can create a product setting; a staff area can communicate a shared purpose. Decide what the wall should do before filling it with text or imagery. Consider furniture, doors, displays and the viewing position so the important parts stay visible after the room is in use. Large graphics benefit from a clear focal point and enough open space around it.
Choose a wall treatment that suits the surface
Printed adhesive graphics, cut lettering and wallcoverings create different effects. Smooth painted drywall is not the same installation surface as textured masonry, sealed concrete or a specialty finish. Tell us the paint type and age where known, and provide close-up photographs. Surface testing may be needed to confirm adhesion and appearance. If the wall requires repair or repainting, allow for that work before installation.
Plan artwork and panel layout
Provide the final wall measurements along with photographs showing corners, outlets and fixtures. We review the image resolution and composition at the finished scale. Panel joins and installation allowances should be planned rather than treated as a surprise on site. If the design repeats across offices or stores, establish the master artwork and explain which areas need site-specific adjustment.
Understand cost and maintenance
Area, material, artwork development, wall preparation and access determine the project budget. Removal of existing graphics or work around fixed furniture can change the installation scope. Specify how long the graphic should remain and whether it may be replaced later. Cleaning and care should follow the chosen material's guidance. Send your deadline early so artwork, surface checks and installation can be scheduled realistically.

A few useful answers.
Will a wall graphic damage the paint when removed?+
Removal depends on the paint, wall condition, adhesive and time in place. Do not assume damage-free removal; discuss the intended life and future use before choosing a material.
Can any photograph become a mural?+
The image needs sufficient quality and permission for the intended use. We review the file at the proposed scale before production.
Can graphics go on textured walls?+
Sometimes, with the right construction and testing. Send surface details so suitability can be assessed rather than assuming standard vinyl will work.
