Start with the booth and the audience
Share the booth dimensions, open sides, floor plan and what visitors should understand first. A backdrop can establish the brand, while smaller displays explain a product or guide a conversation. Keep the main message readable from outside the booth. If staff need space for demonstrations or meetings, build that requirement into the graphic plan rather than filling every available surface.
Choose reusable hardware and replaceable graphics
A portable banner stand may suit short local events; a modular backdrop can support a broader exhibit program. Reusable hardware is most useful when the replacement-graphic requirements are documented. Send the manufacturer and model of existing systems before ordering new prints. We can coordinate table covers, counters and supporting signage so the booth looks consistent without requiring every item to be replaced at once.
Work from the organizer’s instructions
For events at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center or another venue, provide the exhibitor manual and relevant deadlines. Graphic size, hanging, delivery, installation and material documentation can be governed by the show or venue. Do not assume that ordering a display includes venue labor, rigging or handling. The proposal should identify which services are included and which arrangements remain with the exhibitor or organizer.
Build a schedule that includes delivery
Work backward from the date the graphics must be received, allowing time for artwork approval, production and transport. Confirm the delivery destination, booth identification and receiving instructions. Include a packing list and consider spare or replaceable pieces for frequently reused systems. Size, hardware, printing, quantity and logistics drive the cost. Send brand files and your event plan early for a realistic scope.

A few useful answers.
Can you print graphics for a display we already own?+
Yes, after the hardware model and manufacturer’s template are verified. A photograph alone may not provide enough information for the correct fit.
Is installation at the venue included?+
Only when it is specifically included in the proposal. Show labor, handling and other venue requirements should be reviewed separately.
Can the displays be used at future events?+
Reusable hardware and replaceable graphics can support that goal. Keep the templates, specifications and packing information with the approved artwork.
