Design for a quick read
Begin with the distance and time the viewer has to read. A roadside opening message needs a different layout from a banner behind an event counter. Keep the main message prominent and avoid shrinking every detail to fit. Use a clear contrast between text and background. We can help adapt the same campaign to multiple sizes while preserving the intended order of information.
Select material and finishing together
Vinyl, mesh and fabric suit different applications. Mesh allows some airflow, but the supporting fence and attachment still need assessment; it does not remove wind-related concerns. Fabric can provide a softer interior appearance. Hemmed edges, grommets or pole pockets should be specified to match the actual display structure. If you already own a stand or frame, provide its exact model or measurements.
Check the location before ordering
Obtain the property owner's approval and confirm the applicable local rules for temporary signage. Event venues may have their own attachment, size or material requirements. Do not plan to attach a banner to a structure without permission. For exposed locations, provide photos of the support and discuss the mounting responsibility as part of the scope. The right print alone does not make an unsuitable display location workable.
Send a complete production brief
We need the finished size, quantity, indoor or outdoor use, display duration, finishing and required date. Include brand files and any existing artwork. Price varies with area, material, quantities, finishing and design work; delivery or installation may be separate. If the banner will be reused, plan storage and packing as well as the display itself so the material is handled appropriately between events.

A few useful answers.
Can I order a banner to fit my existing stand?+
Yes, once the stand model and graphic specifications are confirmed. The visible size may differ from the full production size.
Is mesh always safe on a fence?+
No. Fence condition, exposure, support and attachment still matter. The site team must confirm that the display is appropriate.
Do you offer a guaranteed rush time?+
Timing depends on artwork readiness, materials and the production schedule. Share the deadline first; the team will confirm what is achievable before you order.
