Create a sequence, not a collection
Identify arrival, orientation, destination and gathering areas on a floor plan. A strong arrival graphic can introduce the identity, while quieter directional elements guide movement. Repeated colors or motifs can connect the experience, but they should not make decorative messages look like essential instructions.
Coordinate with the space and its teams
Bring interior finishes, lighting plans and room names into the brief. Each surface may need a different production approach, and work may need to align with construction or tenant schedules. Review artwork, measurements and property responsibilities before breaking the program into production packages.

A few useful answers.
What is the first planning document?+
A floor plan with the intended visitor journey and a list of graphic locations gives the project a useful structure.
Can the work be phased?+
A shared design system can support phases. Confirm materials and artwork records so later additions remain consistent.
