Begin with the booth plan
Share the booth size, inline or island configuration, open sides, and event manual. Identify the main audience, the product demonstration, and the action you want visitors to take. A clear brand message at a distance and a useful conversation area often matter more than filling every surface. Keep storage, power, monitors, and staff movement in the layout.
Choose reusable components where practical
Backdrops, banner stands, table covers, counters, and modular displays can be combined around a repeatable graphic system. Existing frames may be reusable if their exact make, model, and graphic specifications are known. For a multi-show program, consider which components travel, which graphics change, and what the team can assemble or pack consistently.
Work from hardware specifications
A replacement graphic must match the actual frame, finish, attachment, and template. Similar-looking systems are not necessarily interchangeable. Provide photos and manufacturer information for existing hardware before artwork is sized. Approve the correct template and proof, including safe areas, seams, visible edges, and any elements that extend behind a frame.
Treat venue services as a separate planning step
Las Vegas Convention Center and other venues have event and contractor requirements. Rigging, electrical work, material handling, installation labor, and access may be controlled by the show or venue. Send the exhibitor manual and deadlines early. VG is not represented here as an official venue supplier or as having unrestricted installation access; the confirmed proposal defines the services included.
Quote the complete event requirement
Include the show name, venue, booth number if assigned, graphic dimensions, hardware inventory, quantities, delivery instructions, move-in date, and budget. Cost depends on the display system, graphic area, finishes, packing, freight, and any installation or venue services. A production deadline and a required arrival date are different; both must be clear.

A few useful answers.
Can you print new graphics for our existing frame?+
Send the make, model, dimensions, template, and photos. Compatibility must be verified before artwork and production are finalized.
Does a display quote include show labor or drayage?+
Only if those items are expressly included. Venue labor, material handling, freight, electrical work, and rigging are separate scopes to review.
Can you deliver directly to a show?+
Share the official delivery instructions, labeling requirements, dates, and receiving details. Feasibility and the delivery scope are confirmed in the proposal.
