Design the whole approach
Start with photos from the road, the parking area, and the sidewalk. A sign that reads well on a computer may be too small or too detailed at the actual approach distance. Prioritize the business name, retain contrast against the facade, and make the entrance obvious. Short-term opening messages should support the permanent identity rather than obscure it.
Choose the right sign family
Wall-mounted panels provide a defined background and can organize a complex logo. Dimensional letters create depth and let the facade remain visible. Window graphics can explain products or promotions closer to the entrance. If illuminated lettering or another electrical sign is needed, identify it early; the fabrication, electrical, permitting, and installation scope must be confirmed for the property.
Get the property criteria before final artwork
Many shopping centers have an approved sign program or landlord criteria for size, location, colors, or mounting. Share those documents with the exact street address. A Las Vegas mailing address does not by itself establish which jurisdiction reviews the project. Approval responsibilities, drawings, and any licensed trade work should be agreed before fabrication.
Prepare the frontage for installation
Existing sign removal can expose holes, uneven paint, old wiring, or a different surface color. Discuss who handles facade repair and whether the new design can use the existing location. Installation planning also considers the mounting substrate, access equipment, public walkways, operating hours, and electrical access where applicable. The installation date depends on readiness and approvals, not just finished artwork.
Build a useful storefront estimate
Send the business name, vector logo if available, facade photos, approximate sign dimensions, landlord criteria, opening date, and any existing sign information. Pricing is driven by size, construction, finish, lighting, access, removal, and the number of components. Ask for an essential opening package and a later enhancement phase if the full scope exceeds the immediate budget.

A few useful answers.
Can you match an existing shopping-center sign style?+
Share the approved sign criteria and a clear photo of the existing signs. We can discuss a design consistent with the property requirements.
Can the new sign go over the old mounting holes?+
Sometimes, but the facade condition and mounting plan need inspection. Covering damage and repairing it are different scopes.
How early should we start before opening?+
Begin when the site and lease criteria are available. Design, landlord review, permits if needed, fabrication, and access can each affect the schedule.
