SALT LAKE CITY, UT — Effective December 31st, 2025 — Vision Graphics, LLC, a leading provider of print and visual communications solutions, today announced the acquisition of 1Source, a Michigan-based digital, print, and signage company. The acquisition is supported by Banner Capital Management, LLC, Vision Graphics’ strategic investment partner.
Founded in Michigan, 1Source has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial printing, large-format graphics, signage, and digital solutions to businesses across the Midwest. The company is known for its customer-focused approach, broad service capabilities, and commitment to consistent execution.
