COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

Vision defines quality as understanding and conforming to exact customer needs, designing products and services that meet customer expectations, and continual attention to each step of the manufacturing process, from the arrival of artwork to shipment of the project.

Vision has established a unique management position within the industry, Director of Quality who ensures that each product meets the highest standard for quality in the digital printing industry.

To further guarantee the quality of its products, Vision requires a high level of technological and artistic expertise in its production staff, including at least five years of hands-on printing experience. In addition, EVERY employee must participate in Vision’s exclusive “quality education” program, consisting of 16 hours of intensive, XXL quality classes.

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer service at Vision means meeting tight deadlines, handling complicated delivery instructions and staying within each customer’s budget. Vision’s 24 hour-a-day, seven-days-a -week production schedule enables them to meet deadlines on the largest, most demanding projects.

Vision provides another unique service as a courtesy to its clients. An attractive, fully equipped lounge overlooks the production floor allowing guests an on-site, birds-eye view of work in progress. Internet connections and other features provide the convenience of an office away from the office. Vision’s proximity to a major international airport further accommodates traveling clients and facilitates easy overnight shipping of completed printing jobs.

EFLEX™ ONLINE JOB TRACKING PROGRAM
Vision designed the eFlex™ program to provide online access to critical project information, 24-hours a day, seven days a week. One click on the eFlex oval at Vision’s Web site, www.vision-xxl.com, initiates this password-protected, customizable program.


This program allows customers to view current and past print jobs, determine the status of all orders, check on details such as quantity, dimensions and status, view and approve proofs instantly, track shipments and correspond with the project coordinator.

A unique color-management profile system matches customer proofs to the final product in sharp, detailed color. A thumbnail image of each proof allows customers to easily discern one job from another.

When a product is printed and shipped, eFlex assigns a tracking number and a direct link to the shipper’s Web site, allowing the customer to track the project until delivery.
