TIM FULLMER
President and CEO
Tim is a proven entrepreneur, strategist, and leader with more than 20 years
of extensive management and production experience in printing and technology
organizations. His creative and innovative decision making abilities combined
with dynamic interpersonal, motivational and promotional skills, has resulted
in a demonstrated ability to lead organizations to success.
In 1993, Tim conceived and boot strapped Vision International, a start-up
entrepreneurial imaging technology company that has become the world’s
second largest capacity producer of large format, digitally printed, graphic
images. In a newly formed industry of XXL printing, Tim created new products
and established successful business units in outdoor graphics, vehicle and
fleet graphics, and event and exhibit signage. Over the years, Tim has developed
Vision into one of the world’s leading XXL-format imaging companies
that assists companies large and small in delivering creative marketing messages
and building top-of-mind branding.
Prior to founding Vision, Tim was recruited by the board of directors of
Vista Graphics, Inc. in Salt Lake City in 1991 to revive this fledging start-up
company. Within one year, Tim brought the company into full profitability
by accelerating the development of new printing technology, bringing viable
products to market and establishing Vista Graphics as a market leader.
Tim has received numerous awards including the 2001 Utah Manufacturer of
the Year; 2000 Excellence in Innovation Award from Electronic Publishing
magazine; the Guinness World Record for the World’s Largest Twister
Game Sheet in 1998; and being selected as a finalist in Ernst & Young
Entrepreneur Of The Year Award in 1998.
Tim has a master’s in business administration in Operations Research
and Finance (1990) and a BA in graphic communication (1988) from California
State University, Hayward, and an associate degree in graphics and commercial
art from Utah Technical College (1985).
